What to Expect.

Picture
What time does service start?
Sunday Service is currently being held in-person and virtually at 10:00am.

Wednesday Evening Services, typically at 7:00 PM, are offered during the weeks before Christmas and Easter.

Is Everyone Really Welcome?
At RLC, we actively live our welcome message. This community is not only open to, but gladly embraces anyone and everyone who wishes to celebrate God's grace through Christian worship and fellowship.  RLC is a Reconciling in Christ congregation and publicly affirms its commitment to diversity and full inclusion of LGBTQIA+ folx.

Can I bring my kids?
Of course! We love kids, and know they are wiggly and loud. We love it. Just come and make yourself at home.

What are the services like?
Worship is typically around
60 minutes and includes both traditional and more modern music, 2-3 readings from the Bible,
a relatable sermon, a time for kids, prayers, and holy communion.

What should I wear?
Most of us wear casual clothes at our services (including plenty of Packer gear), although some of us dress up. You will be as comfortable in a
T-shirt and jeans as you would be in a suit.

It's tough walking into a room of strangers. What else should I know?
We know that coming to a new church for the first time can be intimidating. When you arrive, someone will greet you in the lobby and if you would like, they can help answer any questions you have and make you feel right at home.

Where is Resurrection?
We are located at the corner of 124th Street and Cold Spring Road at the crossroads of New Berlin, Hales Corners, Greenfield and West Allis, Wisconsin.

Our Story is Your Story.

RLC is About Family.
It is the people of the congregation at RLC that makes our church at the corner of 124th Street and Coldspring Road come to life.

Our church family is made up of all ages, from families with children to singles and couples from newlyweds to empty nesters to life partners. This diversity weaves a rich, colorful tapestry and helps make our church family so strong and inviting to all people.

RLC is About Worship.
Founded in 1967 and grounded in tradition, RLC also explores new directions in worship with an excellent music program. Our flexible sanctuary allows for easy rearrangement, enabling the layout to be changed during different seasons. And while our worship services follow a traditional pattern, they often incorporate new directions in format, music and even dance.

RLC is About Love, Both Inside and Outside.
At Resurrection, our focus is split between our own congregation and the love of others.  In addition to programs for youth, members of all ages participate in other special programs and events including prayer chains, social events, dart ball leagues and other activities with our own congregation as well as our nearby partners.

RLC is About Crossing Borders and Boundaries.
Located literally at the crossroads of New Berlin, Greenfield, Hales Corners and West Allis, RLC is a multi-community, multi-faceted congregation.  RLC maintains strong, relational partnerships.  More information can be found HERE.

RLC is About YOU!
Visit RLC soon and experience our family atmosphere, our spirit of Christian celebration and our blend of traditional and innovative worship. Services are held each Sunday at 10:00 AM and include Holy Communion every week. We know Christ is the host of the meal and we are all the guests, regardless of church or denominational affiliation. Everyone is welcome at RLC and we encourage you to join in and celebrate with us.

For further information, you can call the church office at 262-786-8880, or email us at [email protected].

Either way, we look forward to welcoming you for a Sunday morning service, a special event, or a lifetime of Christian celebration!

If you would like to get back in touch with your faith, this is the place for you."
