Guidelines for Use of RLC Facilities
Only unlock the doors necessary for your event.
Do not rearrange sanctuary seating or move the large conference table in the Multipurpose Room
NO SMOKING INSIDE THE BUILDING
. (If outdoors, please use the ash receptacle outside of the Multipurpose room door for cigarette butts. Please do not extinguish them on the grounds and leave them)
No Pets allowed in the building (except service animals)
Only birthday candles are allowed. Please no other flame candles.
NO CONFETTI
(paper, mylar or metal) anywhere as it is difficult to remove from carpeting.
You will need to provide your own tablecloths/linens for your event.
Remove all garbage generated from your event from the areas that were used. (kitchen, bathrooms, etc.)
Pease take the garbage home with you.
If the kitchen is used:
Leave any used RLC dishcloths and towels hanging near the sink.
Sweep the kitchen floor using the broom behind the door.
Do not leave any leftovers in the refrigerator(s).
Clean any RLC dishes/utensils and return them to where they belong. If dishes are used, please run the dishwasher before you leave. (You can leave the clean dishes in the washer)
Wipe off all countertops, including the one in the Fellowship Hall.
Vacuum spaces used by your guests. This includes the Fellowship Hall and the area where coats are hung in the narthex.
Return the tables and chairs as they were before your event.
Check all three bathrooms for any unflushed toilets, dripping faucets, papers on the floor or full wastebaskets.
Turn off the lights.
Return the thermostats to their original settings.
Turn off the interior lights.
Leave the key for the facility on the kitchen counter by the telephone.
Exit through the door that faces Cold Spring Road as it will lock behind you.
Check all three exterior doors to confirm they are locked before you leave.

Conditions of this Application:
The undersigned applicant is responsible for appropriate use of the Resurrection Lutheran Church facilities, performing clean up, lock up and all other appropriate tasks as outlined in the Use of Facility Guidelines.
The undersigned applicant also assumes responsibility for and will be held liable for any damage done to the building or equipment during the time of use.
There is no rental fee, however, a suggested free will offering of $200.00
is encouraged to cover our energy and maintenance costs. (This applies both members and non-members)
